Cookies policy
Arxela currently uses only essential cookies and similar storage needed for secure login, signup protection and user-requested draft recovery.
1. Who we are
This policy is issued by Sanderson x Holdings Ltd, trading as Arxela Property Management, registered in England and Wales under company number 16576471. 2. What cookies and similar storage are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include browser local storage, which can save information in your browser between visits. The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations apply to both cookies and similar storage.
Some technologies are strictly necessary to provide a service you request or to keep it secure. They do not require consent, but we still explain them here. Non-essential technologies require consent before they are used.
3. Arxela authentication cookie

This cookie is strictly necessary for the authenticated service. Blocking it prevents login and protected product features from working.
4. Google reCAPTCHA
On the final public-signup step, Arxela loads Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated account creation, fraud and abuse. It is not loaded on the public homepage or ordinary legal pages by Arxela’s signup code.

Google may receive device/browser information and your IP address for this security check. Arxela sends the response token—and, where available, the IP address—to Google’s verification endpoint before account creation. We treat this as essential security storage for the signup service you request.
5. Local storage for setup drafts
When an authorised user starts a building or unit setup wizard, Arxela stores an unfinished draft in that browser so progress can be restored. This uses local storage rather than a cookie.

Edit-mode drafts may add the relevant building or unit identifier to the end of the key. Draft files themselves are not stored in local storage.
6. No advertising or optional analytics cookies
Arxela does not currently set advertising cookies or non-essential analytics cookies. Fonts used by the interface are bundled and served with the application rather than requesting Google Fonts when a page loads.
If we introduce analytics, advertising, personalisation or another non-essential technology, we will update this policy and obtain valid consent before setting or accessing it.
7. Your controls
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking the Arxela session cookie prevents login. Blocking reCAPTCHA storage or scripts can prevent public signup because the bot check cannot be completed. Clearing local storage removes saved setup-wizard drafts from that browser.
